If you are completely new to yoga, stepping on to the mat for the first time can be a daunting experience…but it doesn’t have to be! Our yoga basics class introduces the fundamentals of yoga; breath, postures and correct alignment; in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. This is also a great option for anyone wanting to revisit fundamentals they may be unsure of in their own practice.
